Well, this has nothing to do with the causal facts of heart attacks, and it is just a teaser made by the men, for the men and of the men. Getting back to heart attacks among men, this post discusses the various signs of the same, with the help of which, there can be made recognitions of a sudden and silent heart attack in a male body.

Chest ache, the very first sign of heart attack in a man, doesn’t occur intensely. It might just be a feeling of squeezing, pressure, heaviness, numbness or tightness in a male’s chest. It may be one of these or multiple feelings occurring at the same time. And these feelings may last for more than just a few minutes, after which it may depart and again resurface after quite a while.

The second, i.e. a little delayed, sign of heart attack in a man is the pain in his abdomen. It is a frequent complaint before a person is diagnosed with an attack of the heart. This symptom is often mistaken as a condition of heartburn or indigestion, which is not the case. But, since abdominal pain alone cannot be counted upon as a sole mark, we need to have a few more signs of a heart attack in a man along with this one.

Another of the signs of a heart attack in a man can be discomfort or pain in the hands, arms and legs, back, neck and of course the chest. Also, signs of anxiety are also observed, such as the victim may break out in a cold sweat and begin to lose or change the color of his skin.

Some of the respiratory symptoms of heart attack in men include short breaths and difficult breathing. With all these around, there follow dizziness, vertigo, nausea, weakness and so on.

Last but the most important and warning signs of a heart attack in a man are his sudden collapse on the floor, loss of consciousness, no response from him to the questions and commands, racing pulse and cessation of the beating of the heart.

In case any or multiple of these symptoms occur, a witness can call the doctor or emergency helpline for the ambulance to fetch the person immediately to the care center. Obese and overweight men, and women too, have more of a risk of heart attack.
